Thank you for shopping with Good Times by Sai Creations. We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time.

 

1. Shipping Coverage

 

We currently ship to addresses within India only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

 

2. Shipping Costs

 

Our shipping charges are calculated based on the total value of your order:

  • Orders below ₹5,000: A flat shipping fee of ₹99.00 applies.

  • Orders of ₹5,000 and above: We provide FREE Shipping.

 

3. Delivery Timelines

 

We aim to deliver your watch as quickly as possible.

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed and packed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Saturday) after your payment is confirmed.

  • Transit Time: Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 business days.

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: You can expect to receive your order within 2 to 7 business days from the date of purchase.

Note: Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location (e.g., remote areas may take longer).

 

4. Order Tracking

 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email/SMS containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can track your order status directly on the courier partner’s website.

 

5. Courier Partners

 

We use reliable logistics partners (such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, and Xpressbees) to ensure your watch arrives safely.

 

6. Damaged or Tampered Packages

 

Please do not accept a package if the seal is broken or if the box looks tampered with.

  • If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery) at support@goodtimesbysaicreations.com or call +91 99998 36386.

  • Please take photos or a video while unboxing the package as proof to help us resolve the issue quickly.

 

7. Undelivered Packages

 

If our courier partner attempts to deliver your order and fails (due to incorrect address or unavailability), they will usually make 2-3 attempts. If the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange a re-shipment or a refund (deducting shipping costs).
