At Good Times by Sai Creations, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your watch, we are here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

Unworn and Unused: The watch must show no signs of wear, scratches, or resizing.

Original Packaging: It must be in the original manufacturer’s box with all tags, warranty cards, manuals, and protective stickers intact.

Proof of Purchase: You must provide the receipt or order number.
Non-returnable items:

Gift cards.

Watches that have been resized or altered by a third party.
2. Return Period
You have 7 calendar days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. If 7 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email us at support@goodtimesbysaicreations.com or call/WhatsApp +91 99998 36386 with your Order ID and reason for return.

Approval: We will review your request and provide you with return instructions.

Ship the Item: Please pack the product securely and ship it to our registered address below.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Defective/Wrong Item: If you received a damaged or incorrect product, we will pay for the return shipping costs or arrange a reverse pickup (subject to pincode availability).

Change of Mind: If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you (the customer) will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it (usually within 2 business days).

Approved: If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (Credit Card, UPI, or Bank Transfer).

Timeline: Please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.

Rejected: If the item is found to be worn, damaged, or missing original packaging, the return will be rejected, and the item will be shipped back to you.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us immediately at support@goodtimesbysaicreations.com.
7. Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment: You can cancel your order for a full refund if it has not yet been shipped.

After Shipment: If the order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You will need to receive the package and follow the Return process outlined above.
