You may request a return or exchange within 7 calendar days from the date you receive your order.

2. Eligibility and Required Condition
We accept returns or replacements only in the following cases: the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or is missing accessories/warranty cards.

While we process all claims fairly, we highly recommend recording an unboxing video while opening your parcel. This documentation significantly speeds up our verification process for transit damage or missing items. All return requests are subject to inspection and verification by our service team.
3. Categories with Special Conditions

4. Damaged, Defective, or Missing Deliveries

5. Order Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled before shipment only. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible, but you may request a return after delivery under this policy.

Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item passes inspection.

Cash-on-Delivery (COD) Refunds: Refunds for COD orders are issued to your nominated bank account or via store credit.
