Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

You may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

• If the product received is damaged on arrival (DOD).
• If an incorrect product was shipped to you.
• All return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

If the item shipped differs from the one described in the confirmation email or order details, we take full responsibility for the error. You may request a refund or replacement under these circumstances.

Conditions for Returns

Please carefully read the following guidelines before initiating a return:

1. The product must be unused, returned in its original packaging, and include all accompanying documentation (boxes, manuals, accessories, and warranty cards).
2. The original receipt must be provided.
3. Any issues with the product (such as missing or broken parts) must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
4. Returns for pre-ordered or special-order items are not permitted.
5. Products with damaged or missing packaging, or that have been used, are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Non-Returnable Items

• Open box products, such as cameras, are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Replacement Policy

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will assist with a prompt replacement. You may request a replacement within 7 days of delivery. Replacements are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned product.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and approved, we will process your refund via the same payment method used for the purchase. Refunds are typically completed within 5-7 business days, excluding shipping and handling costs.
